All I saw was the wolf's fur rustle in the wind, and fog fly past us. He bit me neck, I yelped and clwed his face, us, still falling. I was on the bottom. If there was ground, I would be surely die first. I was with it. I looked behind me, he then grabbed my neck again, I continued to look at the ground. The floor apread, it seemed shiny. WATER! I looked back at him, and used all my strength to flip us over, him, stilling hold to my neck, looked behind him. We splashed hard into the water. I didn't let go, he struggled under me for air. I frowned, teeth showing. If I was going to die, he will come with me. But that soon changed when my lungs needed air. I shook my head and hesitated. I looked up, to him. I kicked his throat and used it as a jumping board and shot up. The blow from my foot made him gasp for air and drown. I peddled up. As a emerged a gasps for air, whinning. I coughed hard, panting. Then a white body fell in the water next to me.

The cold wind nipped at my cheeks as I fell. The fall seemed to last forever. Then a cold splash and ice water coming over me,it was so cold it burned.I dog peddles upwards and broke to the surface, looking for Kelly.I spotted her swimming this way.I looked around for shore and spotted it.I swam to the shore and dropped down, panting.Kelly swam up beside me and layed down.I was so exhausted it dident take me long to conk out.

((conk out XDD))
I looked at sun, who had fell asleep. Then looked behind me, the wolf's body came up. I got up shaking, ready to fight, eyelids heavy. But the body just stayed there. There was air somewhere in his body, just not his lungs. I sat down, cleaned myself. Then looked at sun, she was shaking and breathing slowly. I looked up at thr sky, it started to rain, it was dark out, the sun was not ready to meet us yet. It was going to be a long, cold night. I layed a foot away from sun, I was too wet to lay next to her, it wouldnt help. My body heat might expose and rub off on her from a foot away. Only time and hope could tell. I fell asleep, waiting for the sun's warmth.

I woke up shivering violently.Few pieces of my fur had frozen together. With effort,I got up and nudged kelly to wake up.The winds were picking up and I was not about to get stuck in another blizzard. She jumped up,wide awake, then calmed down when she realized it was me.We headed for a nearby cave and sat down waiting for the blizzard to end.

This should be the last blizzard, winter almost about over. I told myself. But for now, hungry and a small smelly cave will have to be home till it flies over. I lyed down, put my head on my paws, a looked outside of the blizzard, the sun was rising.

Another hunt? I guess it's best to do it now just in case there's none later. I followed her to see what elk she wanted to bring down. In the highlands, I heard a single male howl; calling for a mate. Mating season? It can't be. I ignored it and continued to follow Sun.

I stoped short when I heard a mating howl.I ran faster to find the elk so we wouldent be cuaght by one.I pointed to two young elks, one for each of us.Then we darted. The elk were to distracted by the birds they were picking on so it was easy.I tackled down my young elk while she got hers.I looked around for a den but couldent find one.Guess we will have to eat here then run backI thought.

I felt a pack near, I starting eating fast. Ear perked, eyes on the food I got full half way. I stepped back waiting for sun to finish hers. Licking my lips I felt something watching me. A looked up at the sky, the birds were coming back.

Ahh! No! The packs combined! They werent going to stop chasing us intill we were dead. The leader and a couple more yelled out to stop, not to be alarmed. But Sun did not hear, if she kept running, I would too, as I ran, I looked back, Wolves of all colors, pursuiting.

Enough of this!I growled in my head as I turned around and let out the most vicous growl I could manage. They dident look like they wanted to harm us,what did they want? One part of me wanted to find out,the other did not.I sat down and glared, waiting for them to explain themselves.

Sun sat, I stood, nervous. The pack finally came Most of them stood a couple feet away, three wolves, 2 males and a female, came up slowly, tails straight out. They explained how there pack was in trouble, and to come with them while they explain more. So we did.

We ended up following the pack to help them. This better not be a trap I thought nervously.I ran, woundering what the problem could be,and how unsafe this was.

I followed Sun, she decided to see what the problem was. We heard the sound of rushing water. There, a pup held on to branch inches away from death crying. How can we help? She asked through her eyes. Aparently none of them knew how to swim, or, they were lying and were to lazy. She gave me a plan, a darting off in the diection or the rushing water and Sun jumped into the icey cold river. I pulled down a branch, soon Sun was visible with the pup in her mouth. She grabed onto the branch and I pulled her in. The pup was safe, she handed it over, the pack left with no thank you.
